The Garden Apartment is situated on the first floor of a traditional Mallorcan townhouse right on the now pedestrianised Calle de la Luna, Sollers main shopping street while from the garden and terrace there are panoramic and beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains. 

It is just a couple of minutes walk away from Soller's main square and market which are always busy and have a superb atmosphere.

The apartment is a lovely place to stay without the need to hire a car as you can get a taxi, train or bus from Palma Airport and from then on you are located in Soller with its many restaurants and cafes, its characterful tram which runs frequently between the centre, the beach and the natural harbour in Puerto Soller, and you are in the heart of the mountains to explore via foot or cycle.  This is a great position for couples or a family holiday.

The apartment sleeps 2 (with cot possible) and has a spacious double bedroom (which can be set as a twin) with a lovely large doorway which opens to a small balcony overlooking the pretty shopping street of Calle de la Luna.

A fully fitted bathroom has a white suite with bathtub and shower attachment, sink, bidet and WC.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, an iron and ironing board and this opens out to a dining area and then onto the spacious living room with Satellite TV. 

From the living room a door leads to your private terrace and patio garden where you can enjoy the afternoon sunshine (garden chairs and table are provided).

The apartment is fully air conditioned for the summer months and heated for winter.  Bathtowels and bedlinen are provided.
